Ksk One Hour Photo

I am originally from Staten Island, moved out of state and often return to visit relatives. I wanted to surprise my Mother with a DVD of the old 16mm and 8mm movies that my Dad took 60 years ago. I had a large box full and had no way of knowing what was in good condition and what was not. I decided to have all of it transfered to DVD and hope for the best. I called all over the state I live in as well as neighboring states, the prices were outragous and no one would clean up the scratches or lighten the very dark area of the film. I was getting discouraged. I was visiting relatives back in Brooklyn and Staten Island and stopped in the shopping center where Ksk One Hour Photo is located. The owner was very helpful and kind. He even discounted the cost due to the volume of film reels and he cleaned the film at no additional cost. The end result was excellent, my Mom was so happy and I am very grateful to the owner for all of his help. Perhaps the person in the previous review recieved the kind of behavior that he exhibited. You know the old saying ""Do unto others......"", well perhaps he needs more practice. more

this place doubles as a public notary. \r \r the owner is the most belligerent, rude, and irrational person i've ever come across, business or otherwise. this person is supposed to provide public service to the community but instead, this person had the nerve to call its customers derogatory names and the level of rudeness that wouldn't be acceptable anywhere in the civilized world. \r \r unless you are really desperate to be insulted by a horribly rude owner, stay away from this place. more
