This restaurant was extremely un-gay friendly. My date and I were insulted by our waiter numerous times and then once by the girl that brought our food to the table. I spent a decent amount of money on food that we could not even stomach eating. I will make sure to never venture there again. more

Best Restaurant in the Area 2/26/2007

Excellent service and even better food. A staple of the community for years, Kruse & Muer on Main has great seafood dishes, bread you can't stop eating, snazzy drinks for the hip and the good ole reliable cocktails for the tame. My personal favorites are the pasta dishes!! The fact that it is in downtown Rochester where walking and window shopping are a must is a complete bonus. I've been to this restaurant many times and never had a bad meal, but the wine and beer is a little pricey. They also have great fresh bread. more

The service was very friendly but we were looking for an inexpensive place for dinner and the prices on the menu were pricey for a more casual atmosphere than the Chop House. more
