I'm not a big fan of Krogers. We are low income, and when I go here to shop, even with using my "kroger card" which by the way is the *only* way to get their slae prices, I still end up paying twice what one would from a grocery store. And example of this would be, Tyson boneless, skinless chicken (any cut) buy one get one free. Sounds like an awesome deal right!? Well, think again, the "regular" price per pound is $4.99 A tad bit steep in my opinion. On the brighter side of things, if you have to shop here you can save 10 centrs a gllon off your fuel cost if you spend $100 or more in a month and 20 cents if you spend $200 or more a month. This is considering if they have the gas station at your krogers. like they do here.
The cashiers & help in the front end of the store are great! They are helpful, and ready to help. Though I can't say the same about the meat department. I asked someone in the meat department a month ago if they could divide up some meat into smaller packages. Boy was I given a hard time & a "I don't really want to do this" attitude. I can't say I don't recommend this store, but it is not a highly recommended store by me. Main reason is price.
