Kristine Wiseman and her staff are so wonderful. I can email Kristine anytime and she will reply to me right away. She is always so helpful and will answer any question I have. I know that if I have a problem I can count on her to fix it or direct me to the correct outlet to get it fixed. I worked for many years for another insurance company but choose to stay with American Family and Kristine Wiseman regardless of the discount I could have gotten form my employer due to her level of service.
