I just wanted to send you an email and THANK YOU for all that you have done for me. \r The work you have done for my family over the years has been fantastic. The vision and imagination you have when looking at a property is ingenious . I can't tell you how thrilled I am at the results. The open floor plan and added space has changed my house completely. Your professionalism throughout the whole process was more than I expected. The guys were great and although living in a house during construction is not much fun, you made sure I was comfortable and that it was completed as soon as possible. \r Since the completion of my project, I think I am even more impressed with your continued work ethic. Whether I have a question about my windows or I need you to look at something, you have never once failed to get back to me asap and or come over to simply lock a window properly (remember that! haha). NOTHING HAS WORKED SINCE THIS CLOWN LEFT. A MILLION DOLLAR RENOVATION TO WASTE. HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR RIPPING FOLKS OFF. I HAVE SOUND SYSTEMS, PHONE SYSTEMS, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, CABLE SYSTEMS, AND EVERYTHING ELSE ELECTRONIC IN BOXES. WALLS ARE CRACKING, FLOORS ARE CRACKING AND NO GROUT LEFT. THE IN DOOR HOT TUB IS A MESS, THE POOL IS A MESS AND ALL BECAUSE I TRUSTED THIS MAN..ROCKY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. COME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. CALL ME, I AM LISTED. MARY RAPAPORT more
