The charms of San Francisco are many, but to the best of my knowledge, they do not include late night sushi. Until this discrepancy is rectified, prodigal Oakland will always have bonus cultural relevancy over their generally more reputable neighbors. Actually, Koryo has late night GOOD sushi. There's nothing like supping miso soup, tossing back rolls at 3 am. Where most of late night food is total crap, you can eat Koryo, not spend a lot of money, and still hit the sack with a general sense of contentment that is in contrast to the ugh of post-bar burrito.
