The worst Korean food I've ever had. 5/23/2008

I don't understand the trend in using so much sugar in food. It's like eating dessert as opposed to a BBQ.\r The side dishes were also seasoned with tons of sugar. \r Whoever gives this place a good rating obviously have no idea what Korean food should taste like.\r And it's very expensive. I paid less in NYC with alcohol.\r Pros: Parking more

Excellent variety of Korean dishes with a ""home made"" flavor. 8/28/2007

I have eaten many times during lunch time. Lunch prices are comparable to other asian style restaurants- $7-9. The Lunch Box is very good : Kimchi-Chapche-Bulgoki Rice and miso soup. The Bibimbap was very good: spices are balanced and the meat was very tender. The noodles soup dishes are also very delicous.\r Plenty of parking space. My experience and interactions with the staff has been very positive. The staff is very attentive and checked on me more than once. Depending on the type of dish, service is fairly quick. I would definitely recommend the restaurant. Pros: delicious food- comparable pricing- family run business- pleasant staff- excellent service Cons: Closed Mondays. more

Great bbq 7/15/2007

A co-worker of mine recommended this place to me 7 years ago and I have been a regular since. The bbq (Bul-go-ki and etc.) is delicous, perfectly marinated and they grill the meat at the table to your liking. They also give you 6-8 side dishes such as kim chi, fish cake and etc. The prices are a bit pricey but the food is good, so it makes up for it! However, if you go during lunchtime on weekdays...the prices are very affordable. The range from $7-8 for dishes from bbq meat, noodle soups and lunch boxes. The service is good and friendly. Pros: Great food, friendly service and affordable lunch menu Cons: A bit pricey at dinner more

HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE 9/30/2006

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. THE FOOD AND SERVICE ARE VERY BAD. WE WERE A PARTY OF 6 PEOPLE AND NONE OF US LIKED THE FOOD AND THE STAFF WAS NOT ACCOMODATING AT ALL. THEY RUINED OUR MEAL!!!! more

Yummy Korean! 4/3/2006

This restaurant definitely satisfied my Korean gravings. The atmosphere wasn't exactly cozy or romantic, but just right for a Korean BBQ place. My friends enjoyed their BBQ beef and pork, I really liked my bimbim naeng miun (SP) noodles. Menu is on the expensive side, but pretty typical for Korean food. Highly recommended! Pros: food, service Cons: atmosphere, price more

A bit pricey, but so worth it 4/1/2005

The best time to go is lunch, 11-2, Tuesday through Friday, when they have lunch specials and lunch boxes, which provide cheap, plentiful eats. Everything is delicious, particularly the vegetable tempura, bul go ki, and pottery bibim bap. The service is friendly but not overbearing. Be warned, though: There is a minimum of 2 orders for the barbecue at the barbecue tables. more

The Best Korean Food in Boston Area 1/17/2005

This is the best Korean Food in Boston and perhaps New England. Their Kalbi is so Juicy and Tender. Plus You can cook it yourself too and make sure you cook it really well done, than it will taste better. The scallion pancake for appetizer is also very good dish, and the best of the best is their Pork Belly (Bacon) with Spicy Sauce. That is the best meat I ever taste in any Korean Restaurant. If you like noodle, try their Chap Jae, its also very good. Well, you have to try it yourself. Good Luck, and I strongly reccomended eventhough quite a distance from the city but its all worth it. Pros: Good Parking, Fair Price, Good Food Cons: , Need Bigger Space more

A little pricey but yummy 1/4/2003

The food was good compared to other korean restaurants that we've been to. the waitresses were nice and the bulgogi and kalbi came right away. As Koreans we give it a thumbs up. more
