Kohl's

Kohls is a great store and it's not just for kids! But, I do have to say that I love buying kids clothes here! I recently got my baby son 4 outfits for $40. I thought that this was good considering I got 8 pieces--4 long sleeve onesie shirts and 4 pairs of pants. And, they were really cute! Much of the boys clothing I have seen is really boring looking but Kohls had some bright colors for boys with cute patterns like dinosaurs and trucks. My daughter, who is 7 also got some clothes that were really nice! It is hard to find tasteful clothes for a 7 year old girl these days but Kohls had some decent stuff for her. And, my daughter is already a bargain shopper.....she found 2 sweaters that were on clearance for $1 each! You can't beat that!!! So, with decent prices and nice clothes, I really like to shop at Kohls! more

I love Kohl's. I wish there was one closer to me. This one is about 20 minutes away from my house and I have to make a stop in at least once a week. The customer service I get there has always been friendly. Last week, I went to exchange a bag I bought (on sale!) that had a snag in the tweed and at first, I couldn't find my receipt (I know I had it somewhere in my wallet, as I had put it there earlier that morning). Once I calmed my 2.5 year old down, as he was antsy and wanted to go home, I found the receipt, but after the customer service rep. did the exchange! :o) I thought that was great, since in most stores I frequent, it is optimal that you have a receipt to do any refunds or exchanges. That's just one small story of customer service I have. OH! Before I forget... their holiday hours are excellent. I shopped there last year shortly after Thanksgiving and some days they'd open up really early and hand out gift cards to the first, say... 100 people! This location wasn't the only location doing this, but what a great incentive to spend my money at their store! Like I said, I love Kohl's and I really do wish there was one 10 minutes away, not 20! more
