Turns out everything is good with Michelle as long as she is controls of the conversation. Be sure to get details, details, details before letting her board your dog. She says 62 dollars a day but a day for her is not 24 hrs. Her website says 1/2 day will be charged if dropped off after 5 or picked up before noon. How would you take that. 1/2 off or 1/2 added. If there were 10 stars available, Michelle would get them hands down!! She is the best dog sitter in the world. My Great Dane, loooooves her and her Dane Gus. I never feel any angst leaving him with Michelle because I know he gets great care. He loves it at her place and you can clearly see it by the way he acts. Every time I drop him off he does this crazy, happy run around the house a few times. Michelle is the best dogwalker/dog sitter that I have used. I have used several people over the years. I own 2 Weimaraners that are a highly energetic, dominant breed. One walker that I had was clearly being pushed around by the dogs. Michelle quickly understood how to handle them, what their particular issues were and the dogs in turn, were very responsive to her. There are few people that I would trust to keep my dogs at their home overnight, including my relatives, but I trust Michelle. Even my neighbors, who are retired, commented on the excellent attention that she gave my dogs when I was at work... how often does that happen? Michelle from Know Place is the best! She truly cares about my Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, who has had issues with allergies and her other little illnesses along the way. She goes out of her way to make sure that Macy is taken care of. It's not just a little visit, it's being a part of making sure she's getting great care. I'm over-obsessed with my dog, so knowing Michelle is reliable and makes great judgment calls makes me feel great. If you're looking for someone great, go for Know Place!
