The room was nice enough but not top notch. It was located close to restaurants and stores. It was quiet and restful. Pretty good continental breakfast. I will go back the next time I go to visit family and friends in the area. Pros: null Cons: null more

I was very happy with my stay. 5/9/2012

Check in and check out was very smooth, and the staff were very friendly. We needed extra towels, and when we asked for them, they gave them to us with no problem. Pool was very clean. This isn't a four star place to stay, but for the price we paid for this place, I have absolutely no complaints. We stayed 4 nights, and was very satisfied with our stay. Would stay there again 4/24/2012

We traveled to Dayton to see The Lion King at Schuster Theatre. We needed a place to sleep. This was fine. Good price to stay & sleep for the nite. Air coniditioning worked great, room was clean, nice easy travel to the theatre. Continental breakfast was just orange juice & a honeybun, but the Perkins restaurant right next to the motel was delicious. Would stay there again. Pros: null Cons: null more

Booked 2 double bed rooms at this hotel for 2 night stay. Comfortable beds and room was cleanly maintained. Air condition was a little loud. Both Rooms had a fridge, microwave and a small office table with 2 chairs. It's right next to Perkins family restaurant and a Bar. We were surprised at Breakfast offered. Definitely hotel needs to improve the breakfast table contents. Location is close to the Highway. If you are on a tight budget and can do without breakfast...you can definitely consider this hotel.
