WHEN I WAS TOWED TO THIS SHOP BY AAA AFTER AN ACCIDENT, I HAD NO INTENTION OF HAVING MY CAR REPAIRED AT THIS LOCATION. I WAS LOOKING FOR A HONDA DEALER TO REPAIR MY CAR. AFTER RELIZING HONDA DEALERSHIPS LOCALLY DID NOT HAVE THEIR OWN BODY SHOPS. I STARTED TO CHECK THIS SHOP OUT, THEY ARE AAA APPROVED. I HAD MY 2011 ACCORD REPAIRED HERE. IT HAD $8600.00 IN DAMAGE. THEY WORKED HARD TO PLEASE ME. TOOK THE HASSLE OUT OF THE INSURANCE PROCESS, EVEN HELPED WITH A RENTAL CAR. HAD A CAR REPAIRED ELSEWHERE YEARS AGO. THESE GUYS WHERE WY BETTER TO DEAL WITH. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE AND NOT PRESSURING ME TO REPAIR MY CAR. more

HAD MY TRUCK REPAIRED OVER 6 YEARS AGO. I THOUGHT I HEARD A RATTLE. KNIGHTS TOOK THE TIME WITH ME AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. TURNED OUT IT WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT. HOWEVER THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS? more

READ ROBERT JAYS REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE. PROBABLY BENSALEM'S BEST KEPT SECRET. THESE GUYS REALLY DO GREAT WORK! I HAD MY CUSTOM BLOWN RACE CAR REPAIRED HERE. I NEVER THOUGHT THE PAINT WOULD MATCH THE WORK I HAD DONE OVER A DECADE AGO. IT WAS PERFECT. THE PRICE WAS FAIR, THE TURN AROUND TIME WAS PRETTY MUCH ON TARGET. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE A CUSTOM CHOPPER MIKE IS LOOKING AT NEXT WEEK. I AM TELLING EVERYONE....THIS PLACE IS GREAT. more

All I have to say is simply perfect!! A+++++ great job!!! Mike and the team at Knights fixed my 2011 5 series that had over 15k in damage. It was hard to believe a wreck like this could ever be fixed. They handled everything from start to finish, kept me up to date with what was going on, the whole time my car was there. I have AAA and when i need a tow I make sure to request ANYONE BUT this business run by a complete douche. They may do good work but I'll give my business to someone who is a good person too....They are not the only collision center on the block you know. more

i come from a large family and we all have had our cars towed and repaired several times by knights and they have always provided more than exceptional service to all of us and we just wanted to thank them and i read aan earlier post about someone getting their car towed out of the water or something, i dont know what that has to do with the quality of their work.. i think someone might just be butter and took it out on the shop that was trying to help--ive always found knights to be nothing but helpful more

I don't know where to start. These guys are real sharks, thieves, you name it. My car got flooded during the Hurricane Irene in Bensalem PA. The day after I pushed it out of the water to dry land and went to seek help. Meanwhile these SHARKS towed my car away and charged me $125 for the towing. That same day I went to get my car back but their parking lot was closed. So, they asked an additional $75 for that day. Moreover, they even lied to me saying that they needed an additional $75 fee because they had to go to water and push my car, which is a lie because I got it out of the water myself 3 hours before they towed it. THESE ARE THE RUDEST WHITE TRASH GHETTO PEOPLE I EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! There were close to 4 cars that these guys towed that same day. We all were coming back from a wedding. Knights Collision banked big time charging close to $500 dollars all of us. I really hope none of the Bensalem residents or even out of town tourists dont have to deal with these people. more

Read your invoice and ask questions before you leave the shop. This will eliminate any questions on warrenties or problems later. Make sure you inspect your car when you pick it up. more

I would recommend Knights Collision Center to everyone I know! I was hit by someone who almost totaled my car. The guys at Knights were great. They towed my vehicle, got me into a rental, and even handled the insurance company for me. They also put on some very nice custom stripes. They even gave me a lifetime warranty! I thought the vehicle would never be the same, but I have been driving my vehicle for a couple months now and it drives just like it never happened. more
