Knights Circle

I have been living at Knights Circle since my freshman year of college at UCF. I am in my last semester and I am happy to say that I have had such a wonderful college experience living here. Only students live at Knights Circle, so I am surrounded by people in the same boat as me. All aspects and amenities are tailored to students: There are no electricity/water caps to fight with roommates about, there is FREE parking and a helpful maintenance staff (they even changed my light-bulbs for me when they went out). I have my own private bathroom, and Knights Circle is located directly across the street from the greatest campus of all (Go Knights!). There is around the clock residence assistance (RA's) and security too, so I always feel safe and cared for. more

After living on campus for two years Knights Circle is a major step in the right direction! I love the free shuttle service, no energy caps, and the pool that's right outside my apartment. I have so much space in my room and can actually mount my T.V. to my wall and not have to command strip everything to my cinder block walls like I did on campus. It is nice to feel at home in your apartment and have your very own bath room that is attached to your room, and your hands will thank you everyday for having a dishwasher in your kitchen. I really have no complaints living here. I make one monthly payment and that's all I have to worry about. I love Knights Circle and wouldn't live anywhere else. more

I love having a shuttle stop, a pool, tanning beds, and a computer lab right outside my apartment. The prices and location to UCF are great too! So much better than living on campus. And NO CAPS!! more

Lived at Knights Circle for 3.5 years. I was here pre-renovation when it was Pegasus Landing, and yeah things weren't exactly ideal. But since then, managment changed and I love my apartment. I recommend to all students, especially UCF students because its the absolute best location and it's really convenient! more

I dont know what that boy anthony was talking bout but i placed a work order yeasterday and it was fixed when i came home from class this morning around 11, maybe they just didnt like you because anytime i have a problem the usually point me in the right direction more

I like staying in Knights Circle after seeing the other comments I actually like staying Knights Circle i never saw any ugly carpet in the living room i have hard wood floors as well as I havent had any problem with mold so Im not sure what it was like before i moved in 3 months ago but its nothing like that now. more

When someone first shows you the model apartment at Pegasus landing and you see the upbeat attitude of the staff, you think that you have chosen the perfect place to live. However, THIS IS ALL A LIE.\r \r Firstly, the model apartment looks NOTHING like the real apartments. The real apartments have ancient carpet that is not vacuum-able or cleanable by any means. The staff or maintenance people refuse to acknowledge this problem or do anything about it (like everything else). The quality of everything in the apartment is absolutely atrocious. The microwave is rusting and dirty. The stove is disgusting. The washer makes your clothes smell like crap. The dryer takes more than 8 hours to fully dry your clothes. The furniture smells like crap. Moving onto the actually bedroom: The blinds are paper-thin and dirty and are unable to keep out any light whatsoever. The beds are so uncomfortable that you would be better off sleeping on the floors, except that there are so many bugs in the apartment more

Do not rent at Pegasus Landings. Management is terrible. Two weeks before final exams they are forcing 250 students to relocate with total disregard about roommates. Place is run by bunch of kids with no authority to make any decisions. Lost affiliation with UCF, that should be a sign that the place is screwed up! more
