The attitude of the police officer that stopped me"" Fullerton"" did not have a attitude that night but when I went to court I plead guilty but the judge did not give a sentence. She wanted to think about the circumstances and was going to rule the next day. The officer was not there. more

Every since Knightdale started growing, the police force has grown as well (for obvious reasons) I first moved to Knightdale in 1989 and there were only a handfull of officers, however since the start of its growth the police force has also gotten bigger. I moved from Knightdale out of disgust of how it has grown, and almost turned into a ""little Cary"" The worst part is the attitudes of some of the newer officers, they seem to forget, the same citizens who violate some laws, also pay taxes, that in turn pay the officers salaries. Seems ungrateful if you ask me. To the idiot below, the man who got the stop device ticket, wasnt complaining about the ticket, he was complaining about the cops attitude. It is hard to believe that the last writer states that all these people know this officer sits in the area enforcing the stop sign, but people are still running it. Let's fire the young man for attempting to prevent a traffic crash by enforcing someone not stopping at a stop sign, which mind you is a heavy pedestrian area also. These are the type of people that only think the police department is great until they get cited. If the department is that bad because you were issued one citation, then the next time you are in the area and need help, don't call 911, call a criminal to help. more

I have lived in Wake County for close to 30 years. I am in the county area that buts up to the Town of knightdale. I usually use Hodge Road or Hwy 64 to get to my house but on this occasion, I elected to go thru a local neighborhood (Planters Walk). more
