From the time I walked in to after I purchased the vehicle it was a great experience. Everyone was super nice to my family as well. The salesperson was really knowledgeable about the car and friendly and the financing department was very professional. I never once felt pressured into buying the vehicle. They just answered all my questions that I had and recommended when I asked for opinions. They were a pleasure to to do business with! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. more

I have bought several cars from Knapp. I also have them service my car. This business is a great asset to the community and provides a great service. My family has no interest in purchasing anywhere else! Currently my family drives 3 Tahoes purchased from Knapp Chevy! We love this dealership! more

Honorable business! 2/2/2011

Knapp Chevrolet is a landmark for this city as well as one of the last reputable business still in operation today. They built their business on customer service and fair and honest car sales. I can personally vouch for all of the things that I have mentioned to be true because of personal experience since the 1950's. I would not be driving a vehicle today if it was not for the commitment to business that Knapp Chevrolet has. more

I have known Bobby for over 20 years and his dealership is the most reputable in town. He is a civic leader and is well respected in Houston. I purchased my Chevy truck from Bobby almost 10 years ago and it still runs like new. I have had little maintenance on it. I have referred friends and employees to Knapp Chevrolet which they have purchased vehicles. more

Extremely Bad Business - Knapp Auto,815 Houston Ave 10/25/2010

I called Lovell Llyod, the GM at Knapp Chevrolet at 815 Houston Ave, Houston Texas 77007, this morning at 9:30am on a 2001 Chevy Tahoe to make an offer. Lovell Lyod, the GM, agreed to the price offered and I told him my husband was on his way to sign the papers and pick up the car. By the time I got off the phone and had my husband drive directly to their location (a matter of a 30 minute commute from where we live), they sold the car to someone else. more

BAD SERVICE, KNAPP CHEVROLET 815 HOUSTON, TX 9/30/2008

THEY KEPT MY TRUCK FOR 2 WEEKS REPLACED SOME PART SAID IT WAS FIXED AND THEN THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS A CLIP THAT HOLDS THE TAIL GATE SUPPORT ARM UP IN PLACE THAT WOULD COST ME $135.00 TO REPLACE. I CALLED AROUND AND FOUND THE SAME PLASTIC CLIP FOR ONLY $7.00 AND NO CHARGE TO INSTALL IT THREE DAYS LATER FIVE OF THE SIX REPAIR DONE WERE DOWN AGAIN. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOUR BETTER OF GOING TO AUTOZONE AND ASKING THE SALE MEN TO HELP WITH THE REPAIRS Pros: RESTROOM WAS CLEAN Cons: SERVICE DEPT. IS A JOKE more

Worst crooks in Houston 2/12/2007

They have no one to diagnose problems, they'll take your money and say its fixed the try to say it needs something else and charge you more money. And then they cover each other's lies up- just like they are trained in these methods. Please avoid this place at all costs!! more
