I don't often shop at Kmart but, saw an ad that carried 2 items of interest for an excellent price. Made the trip down there to find the items weren't there (not even 1), and nobody was familiar with the ad (ran on Sunday, this was Tuesday early AM). Got a raincheck for both items (handwritten) and told I would be called when the items were re-stocked, probably in the next week or two. I NEVER rec'd a call for either item (2 totally separate dept's). Scam to get people in the store? Me thinks so. What a colossal waste of my time! If you see a Kmart advert that looks too good to be true, it is! They won't have it, know anything about it, or ever call you re; your so-called "raincheck"! more

I never shop here but had a need and an urgency and it was convenient.. I went in to pick up some Easter stuff for the kiddies and virtually everything was on sale in that dept. Well after being checked out I looked at my receipt as see nothing was reduced. I inquired about it and was told "oh sorry... you'll need to go to the customer service desk".. So I wait in line for 5 minutes and when I explain they have to go get some ol sea hag from the back... Sea Hag continues to tell me that "well, probably none of it was on sale".. I tell her that its sure funny that there's a big ol sign over there to state otherwise!!! She mumbles and walks away to do her own price check on every freaking item!!! She returns 10 minutes later to tell me that somebody had stuff in the wrong place. No apology just lip service.. What would Martha do? more
