Ran by great guys who are "Professionals". They are helpful and show my son which items are the right fit for his drum kit. They are in a great location and easy to get in and out...

The twin is back! 5/13/2010

Just got my beloved Fender twin back from these guys. It sounds better than ever. I must say when they quoted me a couple weeks to do the repair I was a little bummed, but I was presently surprised they called me four days after I dropped it off and let me know it was done. I will defiantly use these guys again. more

wow how can you guys afford to do this 4/9/2010

Wow how can you guys afford to do this? Took my old peavey amp into these guys and told them I did not want to spend over 80.00 on it because it was old. Turns out it was going to be 125.00 to repair it. To my surprise they went ahead and repaired it and just discounted the extra 45.00 I sure appreciate it guys. Lance L more

wow..did not expect this 4/9/2010

Sent these guys my old turntable. In the end there were no parts available to repair it. Not only did they refund my deposit that I paid, but they picked up the return shipping to get it back to me! Ralph J more

Thanks for getting my Juno jumping again 4/1/2010

I have an oldie but goodie … a Roland Juno 106. Every shop I talked to told me not to bother trying to fixing it because no parts were available from Roland for it. I took It to Randy He tracked down an aftermarket source for the needed parts and 2 weeks after I brought it to him my keyboard was fixed and back in action Jack B more

thanks for the great service guys 3/22/2010

I had an amp into these guys a couple months latter it developed a similar symptom to what it had been in their shop for the last time. Even though it turned out to be a failed tube that had not been changed in the past repair they did not charge me for any labor, just charged me for the new tube. Frank W more

Great experience, competent service 3/18/2010

I dont often write things like this, but these guys saved my bacon! I had my amp in and out of " the other shop" several times for the same problem and they could not get it figured out. I had an important gig coming up and I was getting real nervous. A friend of mine recommended Allservice so I took it in to them and they had it back to me in a week and it has been trouble free ever since. Thanks guys! more

came through for me big time 3/10/2010

I had a 4-12 speaker cabinet that I took into these guys for a rush repair. It turns out that all the cones on the speakers were totally trashed. They checked with the manufacturer and the parts were not available ( backordered for 6 weeks ). New cones were not an option either as those parts were on backorder too. Randy contacted Eminence who supplies the speakers to the mfg. It turns out the speakers were specially manufactured by Eminence for the mfg. and only available through the maker of the cabinet. Randy called me to warn me that things were not looking good, but kept on searching anyway. In the end he managed to track down higher power speakers for the cabinet of a different impedance, but the same specs otherwise. He had the speakers rush shipped in, got them installed, and rewired the cabinet to match the impedance to my head. He did all the extra work of chasing these parts down for me and did not charge me. In the end he charged me a total of 77.50 in labor for all the work that he did. He knew I was between a rock & a hard spot because I had to take the cabinet on tour and he could have charged me extra , but instead he not only did not charge me extra, but came through for me big time. I am pretty sure the shop I used to go to would not have gone through all the extra trouble to make this happen like randy Did for me. You are the man dude! Christie H more
