Review content:
I had a 4-12 speaker cabinet that I took into these guys for a rush repair. It turns out that all the cones on the speakers were totally trashed.
They checked with the manufacturer and the parts were not available ( backordered for 6 weeks ). New cones were not an option either as those parts were on backorder too. Randy contacted Eminence who supplies the speakers to the mfg. It turns out the speakers were specially manufactured by Eminence for the mfg. and only available through the maker of the cabinet. Randy called me to warn me that things were not looking good, but kept on searching anyway. In the end he managed to track down higher power speakers for the cabinet of a different impedance, but the same specs otherwise. He had the speakers rush shipped in, got them installed, and rewired the cabinet to match the impedance to my head. He did all the extra work of chasing these parts down for me and did not charge me. In the end he charged me a total of 77.50 in labor for all the work that he did. He knew I was between a rock & a hard spot because I had to take the cabinet on tour and he could have charged me extra , but instead he not only did not charge me extra, but came through for me big time.
I am pretty sure the shop I used to go to would not have gone through all the extra trouble to make this happen like randy Did for me.
You are the man dude!
