Outrageous charges, rude, abusive, sub-human! more

These guys should not even get a star on this thing because they suck so bad. They tow people illegally and damage their cars and refuse to pay for the damage. My friend was parked at Western Terrace Apartments and they towed her rental car. She is a soldier who just made it in on RnR from Afghanistan and wanted to drops some gifts off. She was there no more than ten minutes because she had other plans with family. When she gets outside the guy was towing her car and refused to put the car down. The next day she called to get it out and they said they wanted 235dollars to get the car back. These criminals go searching and steal peoples cars and then make people pay to get their cars back. They get away with it because they are a legal towing business. Something needs to be done about these crooks and we need to make sure they can never get away with this again! more

They took my car from my town-home stating that it was illegally parked. My tags were good, I have insurance, and I drive the car about once a week. They told me it was towed because they never see it move. I am a stay at home father and take night classes. I am usually home during the day watching my child and studying. We can not afford to run the roads so they can see my car move. They want $500 to get my car back even though they towed it illegally. We are a single income family on a tight budget so I can go to school, When I called to try to explain they had not taken my car legally they were very rude and ended up hanging up on me. more
