Dr. Klauber is by far the most professional physician in my experiences. On our initial appointment she took time to explain everything I needed to know, and answered every question I had. I was a transfer patient from a different practice who had to switch due to insurance, I left very happy and excited about the care my daughter will be recieving from here on out, and would highly recommend this practice to anybody!!! more

when I adopted my daughter from Russia five years ago I was shocked that all the pediatric clinics I called were only taking new clients IF THEY WERE INFANTS! Ok well I just adopted her so she is my infant and to tell you the truth at age two she was still in infant six month size clothing! Anyway when I called the Charles Town Pediatrics they didn't even understand me asking if they would take a new client that wasn't a new born. Dr Klauber has guided me through all the hard times and mazes that come with motherhood and adoption. My daughter has special needs and on the first day Dr. Klauber got me contacted with baby net and all the services I needed and never new were there for me. I am amazed with their staff and other doctors never had a bad experience they even were understanding when I called five minutes after my apt time and rescheduled with NO FEE! The friendly staff always remembers not only my name but my three children's names!!! I am a vet and I have no idea how they remember so many people. In conclusion they are friendly uptodate on medical treatment and open to alternatives and quick to refer you to a specialist when needed. I just thank God I found them!! more
