Dear patrons, if you see this print shop, run in the other direction. I had the most horrible experience of my life ever at a print shop. Their low prices match the quality of work and nasty attitude. I placed my order Monday Sept 20th and was told to pick up my promotional fliers on Thursday. I arrived to pick them up. The Male was acting very strange like overly happy. Asking me about my business, and how much do my products cost. I payed him no mind and left. I noticed that night they used the wrong design and the company phone number was missing.
I returned the next day and explained to them what happened. He was not so nice on Friday. They tried to deny it at first but them said to go get my drive and they would redo it. When I returned they had the prints behind the counter and said they will just give me a refund. I was shocked.
They started being nasty and rude and told me to get my credit card for the return. I had to leave once again tracking through crack whores and homeless people to get the credit card. I went back and I said nothing, I just handed him the credit card. He acted as if he returned the money but I never received it.
I called them on the phone and told them I did not receive my money. He said he called the cops. I walked down there once again to deal with him and the police. Long story short, I have no money, no prints and wasted time. And for the gentleman who thinks its stuck up for people not to want to walk around crack heads and whores must be a drug addict themselves. I do not need to be around a bunch of rich white people but I sure do not want some crazy addicts getting in my face. The good thing about this is I don't have to go through the band lands anymore.
The guy keeps bragging how he has been in the business for 20 years. It does not show.
Also the guy banned me from his store as if his tiny tin can and string shop was worth going to in the first place. I mean the prints were barely mediocre but the price was good. I was just using them for quick fliers and nothing high tech because they are not up to par.
They should start a lower rating system like using lumps of cole for bad horrible places instead of stars because they would get ten lumps from me.
