Kitchen King Cabinets

Kitchen King Cabinets did a complete renovation on two bathrooms of my house. They combined two bathrooms to create a master spa and took 6 feet off of the living room to create a new hall bath. It's all top-end products and workmanship. It's beautiful! They're actually using my project in their marketing material. I live in an area of 1960's homes with small bathrooms and this project has increased the value of my home. Pat was very helpful in picking out products and colors. Doug and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't say any more of them. I highly recommend them! more

I had my kitchen redone by these lovely folks. They came in gave me a estimated time of one month for the job to be completed. There turn around time was right on. There professional about there buisness. Doug Jr. And Freddy were great handymen to deal with, Even austin and bradley were very hard working in there tasks that they had been taking on. Wow, its only approaching december and kitchen king has done what so many told me they would do. I approached them a little over a month ago and asked if at all it would be a possibility to start and complete a kitchen in time for thanksgiving. Pat and Doug looked at me and promptly stated not only would it be done but the short time frame i gave them was the average amount of time they take on all kitchens disregarding the size. to make a long story short i will be entertaining family and many friends tomorrow night for thanksgiving as well as any other opportunity i find to show off my new kitchen, all thanks to Pros: had project managers, field personel and an office to make sure you informed on the progress of your kitchen more

We have long been residents of the kempsville area and have had a few renovations to our home. What stands out the most is the kitchen my wife and I can to this day (two years later) still find ourselves in disbelief that we can call our own. This was not the largest kitchen theyve done, but the tender care for this project started with Pat and Doug, and was certainly carried out by their son Doug II, Freddy and anyone that came into our home. The complete renovation was brief and opted us out of our kitchen for only 2 weeks. I have used kitchen king in the past for a few different things, adding a room to the back of my house, completely remodeling my kitchen as well as my bathroom. This was a big task to take on just before the thanksgiving holiday especially because i was planning on entertaining family members and other guests for a christmas party a little over a month and a half away. The contract stated the job would be completed by the 18th of december and although signing late in the year while they were already booked with numerous other jobs they dealt with mine as if it where the only job they were working with. They were very attentive with detail and finished a few days before the deadline they had made for us. more

Not recommended. The Fergusons only want $50,000 plus jobs. They are very rude, but try to fool you with a Christian business attitude. Doug once told an agitated customer on a Monday morning phone call that he was on his way to her house. He finally got there on Friday. He apologized for the delay saying that he was a poor communicator. The job site was only 4 miles from the store. The 3 week remodeling job took 3 months to finish. There was still some minor work left to be done, but the hassle to get it completed wasn't worth all the lost time off from work to be there, not knowing when Kitchen king people would show up. If you need more proof, look at the other reviews in this web page. I know the people who wrote the beware warning and they will tell you run away from this business more
