Kitchen Cabinet Kings

I did a lot of research on Kitchen Cabinets for my new kitchen. We really liked the quality of the samples that were sent and the colors and different looks available. We worked hard to get exactly what we wanted ordered and did so with the assistance of a sales rep and ordered the cabinets on 5/27/2014. First and foremost we were told that they would be delivered as their website stated : Orders in stock(we were told they were in stock) will be processed immediately and should arrive within 7-14 business days. We finally received the first order June 16th, and found out that upon delivery 5 of the cabinets were damaged beyond being able to be used. I called and provided the company with all the information including pictures of the damage and was told that they would take care of it and that the replacement cabinets would be expedited to us. The order for the replacement cabinets I was told went in that day. I have been calling or emailed everyday since then and there is still no tracking number of the new cabinets being shipped and it is now 6/27/2014. This week I was told that they were tentatively scheduled to ship on 6/25 but then was told 6/26 but as of end of day today there is still no tracking number so this means they have not been shipped. I live in California so getting them here takes at least a week. I appreciate all the sorry's but these things happen...we but we did pay for all of the cabinets before they were delivered and now we are sitting here with an unfinished kitchen and no idea when we will get the replacements or what to do with the damaged ones. I strongly would think twice about ever using this company again or recommending it to others. The people have been pleasant to work with but this seems to be completely and totally out of their control. more

I purchased 2 cabinet door samples at approx. $20/piece. They were shipped Fed Ex. with no signature required. They didn't arrive. I contacted company and was told I could pay to have more sent. It costs more to have signature, but I wasn't told how much. I will just order from a different company. I don't think this is good customer service. more

It's really hard to find great tradesmen/designers/suppliers that deliver on expectations but this is what you get with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I have to say that our kitchen renovation project was quite big and needed a lot of time and attention but that didn’t scare Kitchen Cabinet Kings, they took the job smiling and in a couple of weeks we received what we paid for. Communication with them was awesome, great consultation in advance of the work, regular contact, starting and finishing on time, on budget and a fantastic end result. I would not hesitate in recommending Kitchen Cabinet Kings to anybody looking cabinets and kitchen remodeling - I will certainly be using him again. more
