Worst service ever! Could not get the order right after 7 months! Rarely returned phone calls! \r
Initially worked with Jeff Garabedian, very nice guy, gave me a good price compared to others, promised to get everything corrected after finding many issues with initial order in mid July 2013. At some point Jeff stopped returning my calls, so I called the office, and started working with Joe Smith in September, didn’t like his attitude from the beginning, very rude. Came to find out that Jeff never ordered those items he promised to correct, so I went back and forth with Joe for another 5 months and after several attempts supposedly my remaining items finally arrived in their office in late January 2014. \r
Tried to get scheduled for delivery, and after some rescheduling (2 snow days) by mid February, I insulted Joe with the following email: quoting: “Considering how long I’ve been waiting for these items, and how many time things have been rescheduled, I would like to ask to schedule it the soonest please. Or can I just come pick it up myself?” \r
Joe’s response was: quoting “well I am sorry mag..i don't control the weather ..I will do this , I will have the rollouts delivered to your house , I will keep the crown molding because they haven't been paid for..that is what I will do for you...” \r
Even though I paid for the moldings initially 7 months ago, and received wrong ones twice, I was willing to pay for them again, just to get it over with, but Joe wouldn’t hear of it. \r
At the end Joe did what he promised, delivered rollouts, one of them wrong size again, and did not get crown moldings, which I suspect were incorrect again, and that’s why they didn’t want to deliver them, or maybe they never ordered them in the first place. \r
At this point I’m giving up, I don’t want to deal with them anymore, and will be ordering remaining items from someone else. I’ve never been treated this badly by any company before, especially when working with owners directly. \r
My lesson learned; do not pay the balance until you confirm the order is correct! \r
With all that said, if you are willing to go with cheap, which is what I did, be careful not to insult the owner, and be prepared for months of waiting to get it right, if you do get it at all. \r
