I RECYCLE AT THE KIRKWOOD, MO DEPOSITORY. MOST TIMES, THE BINS ARE FULL, SPILLING OUT ONTO THE SIDEWALK, BLOWING AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD. \r
THE MAN WORKING COULD CARE LESS. ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS CRITISIZE.\r
I AM A CONTRACTOR, AND MANY TIMES BRING IN A LOAD OF CARDBOARD. I AM DROPING IT INTO THE CARDBOARD AREA, THE MAN WALKS UP AS I AM DROPING THE CARDBOARD, SOMETIMES IT HITS HIM, AND THEN HE YELLS AT ME. IS HE STUPID?\r
I FEEL THE RECYCLING STATION WAS NOT PROPERLY DESIGNED. THE STATION COULD HAVE BEEN SET UP TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR RECYCLERS, SOME OF WHOM ARE ELDERLY PEOPLE, AND COULD HAVE AVOIDED THE PAPER, ETC., FROM SPILLING OUT ONTO THE SIDEWALK.\r
ALSO, THERE SHOULD BE A (TRASH CONTAINER) AVAILABLE. I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE (WHO PROBABLY DO THE SAME AT THEIR HOUSE), JUST TOSS PLASTIC BOTTLE CAPS, ETC., ONTO THE GROUND.\r
KIRKWOOD MUST BE MAKING ENOUGH MONEY TO PROPERLY SERVICE THIS STATION.
