Great service 1/15/2022

Very helpful and timely with getting a new HVAC system in our home. They were on time, friendly, and got straight to work. Happy with the installation and overview of new digital thermostat. Have used Kirkwood Heating & Air for over 25 years, honest, great service, and good people. more

Installation of furnace 12/19/2018

The team who were here to install our furnace, air conditioner and, water heater are exceptional. They did everything to keep things clean and were very professional. Everything they were doing was explained and they kept us up to date as to what they were doing. I would highly recommend them and your company to anyone. more

Humidifier Installation 2/8/2017

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Did not take long to add a humidifier to our existing furnace. Once done, Chris took the time to explain how it works. Pointed out the benefits of a humidifier and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended. more

I'm a real estate agent and home owner. That means I've gotten more information about professional reputation of each contractor I work with. KHVAC worked, designed and built the expanded HVAC for the room addition at this house and services all these spaces twice each year. I've always requested Gary M since he helped build the original extended HVAC and takes pride on each year's inspection. more

Kirkwood Heating & Air listened, was persistent in detecting cause & effect, while remaining constantly aware of the additional cost to the Client in remedying the mistakes of others. After Hours Service Repair Call 8/16/2005

Our Central Air unit fell victim to a lightning strike and we decided we couldn't wait until regular business hours to get it repaired due to the almost 100° weather we've been having. A call to this company was immediately answered and we were dispatched a repairman within an estimated arrival time of an hour. The repairman came within the alloted time frame and he quickly found out that it was just a blown fuse. It was a quick fix and then our unit was up and running again. The after hour fee wasn't bad and we were happy to get relief from the summer heat! more

my house is so comfortable! 8/2/2005

I had Kirkwood Heating out to give me a bid on a new air conditioner and decided to use them to install an entire new system. The owner gave me the bid and he was very honest and friendly. The technicians that installed my equipment were very efficient. I was so comfortable with everything and the system has been working great. more
