Like the previous reviewer, I have been a long time customer of the Kirby's Plano Location. For years, it has been a place that I have been proud to tell my friends about and refer nearly everyone I came in contact with. However, that being said, I have also noticed all the excellent long time employees that brought life and heart to the restaurant leave, and from what we understand, none by their own choice. There seems to be a new regime in command that does not want the place run like it has been in the past. And if the past means a highly successful, wonderful place to have a great meal, then they are getting their wish. The food has gone so far down hill, that it barely qualifies as edible in many ways. The once moist, tender prime steaks are now tough, tasteless and simply falls flat. This at the same time the prices seem to keep rising. \r

The Staples that made Kirby's Plano a place to bring all your co-workers and friends is now a place to keep away from as it is impossible to imagine them being there much longer. My full recommendation is do not go to this establishment anymore. You can get the same quality steaks from Steak and Ale for the less than half the price. \r

As for the Suits and Blonde, it has been noticed not only by ourselves, and the previous reviewer, but several other people we talked to. They stand around like they are looking for something to do. Obviously running a high end, Prime Steak restaurant is NOT what they are qualified to do. Now that they have run off all the manager from Chris Simmons, through a few bartenders and wait staff that always made you feel at home, they have a location that is perfect for those people from up north that do not know what a quality piece of prime beef is and are only in town for one or two nights and will, by default, not be back.\r
\r
If that is what Kirby's was going for, they have succeeded. \r
\r
We will NOT BE BACK and will tell all our coworkers and Friends, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
