This is a perfect example of a chain who has gotten too big to provide one on one customer service. I won't go back, for every time I have gone (and I've tried 4-5 times) I am appalled b the lack of help I receive. Either their machines are down, or there is no paper, or their employees are busy helping other customers (where?) but I never seem to get in and out of there without an issue.
The best day was the one where I went to use their typewriter (I know, I know...but I had to type a tax form and it couldn't be a copy.). I know typewriter are going the way of the dinosaur but in this case I NEEDED one! The print was faint and of course no one had a new cartridge--even if they had the know-how to change it, which I doubt, the keys didn't all work, their was no correction tape. What a mess.
Conversations with family and friends report similar experiences with this copy giant. Do yourself a favor and go to the mom and pop copy store down the street (unless it's 3:00 a.m.)
