Kingswick Apartments

Almost 600$ electric bill. Have friends with large houses that don't pay that much more

Lived here a year. I work nights and was EXTREMELY annoyed with all the banging in the morning that seemed to go on for months, but that is part of night diuty. They replaced the roof, the T111 on the walls, the hot water heater, etc. So how can i complain about them taking preventions or replacements? Im quiet want to stay in my place, not bother anyone, and dont want to be bothered. I dont have any children, and Im surrounded by elderly people---guess what---they are great... hi bye and if either of us need anything then we can knock and ask, but no one bothers anyone and no one fights, or plays the radios etc too loud. There is one girl in the office with a really nasty attitude, but the other two are nice. The rooms are big, much bigger than Heather Ridge. My bedroom here is HUGE.Its also well lit at 3am-6am so im not scared coming home at night. more

I go to my boyfriends apt every weekend, I love the clean community, the huge super clean pool, and the office staff is very nice, the maint. men are way better here then my dirty apt complex. keep up the nice work. L.E more

I have visited this apartment complex for numerous reasons thru the year and have always been very impressed with how the grounds are always kept clean. It is always quiet when I am there. And the apartments themselves are very nice. Seems to be a great place to live. more
