This is our 2nd time buying from Kingston Nissan and when it is time to buy again we WILL without a doubt go back again. Our salesman, Gary Pugliese, was informative, funny, and extremely helpful. we live a little over an hour away and there are PLENTY of other car dealers in our area but the customer service receive is well worth the drive! This is the worst dealership to do business with. I brought my Nissan in for service just one time. It needed a front end alignment, a tie rod, and tires put on. Steve in service charged me for the tire weights, (which are always included in the price). The car didn't drive straight and the tires vibrated.I went to my local garage the next day. They put it up on the lift and showed me that the tie rod hadn't been touched, it was corroded and rusty, the alignment was off 20 degrees according to the computer.I brought it back to complain,and the morons brought the car in to check it over. After 45 minutes, they brought me in the back to show me the work they had just done. They put the new tie rod in while I waited.They had the car hooked up to do the alignment also. When I complained, Anthony Defini was very rude, he told me he was the owner of the company. He swore the work had been done, I know he didn't crawl his obese body under my car to make sure. I had pictures to prove it the work wasn't done the first time, but he refused to see them. I listened to the other horror stories from customers about this place. We all waited too long to be overcharged for shotty work that didn't even get done.I can't believe this place is still in business.If you went here, make sure another garage checks their work, they lie and they'll rip you off. I would never go here again!!!! more

Finance a car did not tell us all the details the car has check engine on and was told that repairs had warranty we went and they charged us $100.00 to look and was going to charge us $174.00 just for a vacuum hose which cost me $4.87 and I changed it myself they wanted to charge me $174.00 which upon buying the vehicle they charged me for a repair contract plus the mechanic manager was stupid, unprofessional and very unpolite his name is anthony the worst person ever dealt with in my life. please before signing any contract read the details salesperson would be so polite and when you purchase they don't want to deal with you. more
