Over 3 weeks ago I ordered a business stamp that was to take 1 week. After a week I checked in with KM&P, no stamp. After 2 weeks I checked back, no stamp. I was told they were going to give the stamp company a call & I would receive a call shortly after letting me know the status of my order. No call. Week 3 I checked back in, I was told once again they would find out what was going on and give me a call. 5 days later, still no call.
I am a reasonable customer. I understand things happen that may be out of their control. However, the inability to inform me, as promised several times, of the status of my order is inexcusable at this point.
I additionally understand the need to patronize local small businesses and local economies. I am a small business owner dedicated to shopping local. This is why I went in to Kingston Mail & Print to begin with. Yet at this point I will today be ordering a stamp online from a large nameless, faceless internet phantom that I'm told is fast and exact. At this point, I need my stamp, and that is all that matters. The absence of my order at this time has now hindered my business.

Under suggestion I have given KM&P another go. I was very pleased with the efficiency & courtesy even with it being the busy holiday season.
