I have been a Kings Aire customer since 2001, and am more than happy with the service they have provided me in the last 10 years. They do treat their customers like royalty . In regards to Kings Aire being expensive, well " Lo barato sale caro " quality is never cheap. By the way if you filed a complaint with the BBB why would you go back with them, regardless if you have a warranty, the warranty is through the manufactor not Kings Aire, so any company would be able to service it.
