this is not for the narrow minded, when following your GPS instructions you will eventually pass it by and almost miss it, since it is a TINY tiny place that looks almost like an abandoned shed. \r
It gets better once inside, the place is all dark, barely lit by christmas tree lights and a few light bulbs, and the walls are absolutely packed with funny signs, stuffed heads, letters, weird things and many many more signs. There's only 3 or 4 tables and my guess is you can't fit more than 15 people in there, but I've heard stories about 30 or more going to this place!! \r
Mister MO (it doesn't get more Egyptian than that!) will not only greet you and serve you with a smile, but will usually entertain his customers with the weirdest things he can come up with. \r
And then comes the food. IT IS SUPERB and trust me you would never ever guess this from the looks of this lost place, you have to try it!! I hear there's karaoke sometimes so I suggest you call in advance (oh yes and be prepared to speak with mo's wife on the phone, she also does most of the cooking and her engRish is great jeje for an Egyptian).\r
As I said, this is MUCH MORE than food, this is a true experience for the open minded and the adventurous, I HIGHLY recommend it! EXCELLENT FOOD in THE WEIRDEST OF PLACES.\r
2 more things: \r
The place has been running for almost 30 years, there's a reason for this, so DON?T judge a book by it's cover when you get there!\r
I THINK HE DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!! CALL AND ASK TO BE SURE!!
Pros: THE BEST FOOD, THE BEST EXPERIENCE
Cons: only for people with an open mind.
