Terrible experience. Had to wait over 40 minutes for taxi that never showed up. more

royal cab is great taxi service, the drivers are so polite and the staff is excellent, the dispather (devon) was so helpful. thanks guy for getting me there more

THIS IS THE WORST CAB COMPANY AND THE DISPATCHER "" ANGIE"" IS A COMPLETE BITCH!!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! I HAVE DEALT WITH HER ON NUMEROUS OCASSIONS AND SHE IS ALWAYS A BITCH!! I WAS OUT OF TOWN WORKING AND TRIED TO GET A CAB FOR MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER TO THE HOSPITAL AND SHE COULD HAVE CARD LESS! MY MOTHER WAITED AND WAITED FOR A CAB FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!!!. WE BOTH REPEATADLY KEPT CALLING AND ASKING WHERE THE CAB WAS??? ANGIE WAS SOOOOOOO RUDE AND JUST KEPT SAYING SHE HAD NO IDEA WHEN ONE WOULD COME AND BASICALLY COULD HAVE CARED LESS. MY PLANE LANDED WHILE ALL OF THIS WAS GOING ON AND I GOT TO MY MOTHERS AND DROVE HER MYSELF TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE NEVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! more

Royal Cab is the worst cab company I have ever been in touch with. Recently I was in one of their cabs and I got to my destination. As usual he told me his card machine was broken and he could only take cash. He then drove me to the atm with the meter still on and then after I paid him drove away before I could grab my cell phone off the front seat, door still open. I chased after him and he refused to answer my phone calls. I called dispatch/manager Waheed Cashmary, who told me to come see him the next day at noon. I did and he did not show. The lady running dispatch chose not to call him until I had sat in the room for an hour. He never called me back as promised. Later that day the ""find my Iphone"" app alerted me that it had been located in a small apartment in off of Albermarle Road. I went to the location which neighbors told me was occupied by a cab driver, the same cab driver I had asked Mr. Cashmary about earlier that day. Upon going into the apartment the lady told me she didn't know any cab drivers, none had been there, and she didn't know about any cell phones. It wasn't until I showed her the GPS explaining that it was in her home, on my lap top, and threatened to call the police did she ask me for money saying ""My kids found some phones in the park."" She came out of her ""11 year old daughters"" room with 5 cell phones, one of which was mine. It had been fully charged and had signs that her ""11 year old daughter"" had tampered with it. Waheed Cashmary has refused to return my calls even after I got my phone back. This company is also operating a cash only business in an effort to pay less on taxes. Also, when I was in the office for the hour the majority of calls were from DSS and two drivers refused to get two 12 year old boys and their mother (assuming) from a location in North Charlotte because they would only make 4.50 and both refused. I hope those little boys and their mother are ok. I got my iphone back but only because the management with this company and the police chose not to work with me so I was forced to take the matter into my own hands. Avoid these guys at any cost. more

I have always got a very good service from King Cab guys. I recommend it as reliable. more

\r We waited for 1 hr and still the operator on the call was saying that she is looking for the cab and to wait for few more minutes.I will never recommend any one to go for king cab. more

King Cab is the worse cab operating in the UNCC area. Waiting for them to show up is a 50 50 chance. They ALWAYS say they will be there 15 to 20 minutes, but in actuality you are lucky if they even show up. They are consistent with that. NEVER CALL THEM if you have frozen food. You are taking a chance of it spoiling while waiting. This company is the worse. more

I called the night before my flight left and the dispatcher was kind he accepted my appointment with no problem and credit card payment. more
