bowled tonight they were not busy after 730 pm got two lanes showing some one how to bowl look up and they are putting a mother and three kids right next to us. Stopped bowling and counted 22 open lanes besides the one they were bowling on. Ask front desk why OH we were not paying attention. Thanks for ruining our evening King Pins Lanes more

Very Nice 8/26/2008

King Pin Lanes aren't your normal run down bowling lanes, its new and beautiful with modern facilities. Conveniently located right off Taylorsville Road its a nice outing for the family. They also have leagues. My kids love extreme bowling, for less than ten dollars they get shoes and lane rental from 9pm to 1am complete with loud music and flashing lights. Its clean and safe and I feel comfortable letting my teens play here. more

Modern bowling alley 2/1/2008

Decent, but expensive food for a bowling alley and has been non-smoking since it opened. They have a separate bar area for adults. 50 lanes. Big and airy. Always clean. Excellent pro shop. Tony can help you with anything you need and he's a silver level coach. more

Wonderful family fun 1/28/2008

Wonderful, new, bright, clean - "not your parent's bowling alley".\r \r Bowling brings back recollection from my childhood of Monday Night League play - dark, dreary, smoke filled building with greasy fries. King Pin Lanes is just the opposite. Great family fun. Even if there is a wait for a lane (and there usually is not) you can grab a snack or play in the arcade. more

Ok, Whenever you think of bowling lanes, you probably think of some smokey, nasty beer filled place. Well King pins is totally different. THere are families everywhere. It was clean, friendly and there wasn't a sign of smokey smell. It's very family friendly. When we were there until about after 9 on Saturday. They had pulled down screens at the end of the lanes and were playing the Louiville Games. And they turned the nights onto the blue lights so all the whites of t-shirts showed. And the food is pretty much the best food i've had at a bowling alley. Pros: Very clean, friendly atmosphere Cons: Kind of Pricey more
