Great Food! Fast Service 3/17/2011

Had a great time here. First thing I noticed was that it was packed! And it was only lunch time in the middle of the week. The portions are good sized so there was plenty to take home and enjoy later .They brought food out quickly and the staff was very friendly. more

Very good food if you're willing to wait! Slow and grumpy staff when we went. 1/29/2007

While we loved the food, it was quite a process to get it in front of us! The restaurant was busy on a Saturday lunch and only had two women seating patrons and waiting tables. We asked for another menu (we were one short) and the waitress barked ""there's one right there!"" while pointing at one of the other guys at our table. We watched one party leave before ordering and others try to flag down staff to no avail. Bottom line is that the food was very good. We over-ordered and still cleaned our plates. Just a different customer service experience than other reviewers reported. Pros: Every dish was really good, particularly the eggplant. Cons: Be prepared to wait more

Wonderful food and service 7/12/2006

We spent a month in Thailand eating delicious Thai food every single day. When we returned we drove right over to King & I for more of the exact same food. Ignore the writers who complain about this place - they must not know good Thai food when they taste it. And the food comes promptly with smiles. We love this place, have probably eaten here a dozen times in the last six months!! You won't be disappointed in either the food or the prices. Pros: Everything is good about King & I Cons: Nothing is bad! more
