I didn’t want to leave 6/24/2020

I had a good experience at Kindred throughout. Everyone was very helpful. The staff were good. I’m especially pleased with my nurse, Carla, who was very friendly to me throughout. I’ve made a lot of progress under their care. I was so comfortable with the care and my special bed, that I honestly didn’t want to leave when it came time to discharge. I’m very thankful to Kindred’s staff and all they’ve done for me up to this point. Thank you very much for your unwavering kindness, everyone. I will certainly recommend your facility to a friend if the need arises. more

Good Staff/Good Care 6/23/2020

The staff at Kindred Hospital were quite good, as was the care they provided. Butch was my favorite nurse/employee. He was very efficient. He brought my pain medicine as soon as I needed it. He emptied my urinal and helped me off my bed pan in a timely manner. He was just very attentive, and I appreciate him for it. Thank you for your care, Kindred! I deeply appreciate it! more

Good Stay 6/23/2020

I had a good stay at Kindred Hospital. I have no complaints. Everyone treated me well, and took good care of me. My room was cleaned twice a day. I especially liked Marissa, who was awesome throughout. She came to check on me every single day; even when she wasn’t my nurse. Sarah came to check on me quite often as well. Thank you for you warm hospitality, Kindred! I’d certainly recommend your facility to my loved ones if necessary. more

Kindred is a part of the family! 6/11/2020

Yout’ve treated my mother quite well during her stay at Kindred. The service has been great. My family and I have had an A+ experience with you all. All of our concerns were speedily taken care of. Kevin (Nursing Supervisor) answered all of my questions whenever I inquired about my mother. Kendra (the Casworker) was wonderful as well. I really appreciated her being there to answer any questions and address all my concerns/issues. Kindred Hospital’s staff have become an extended part of our family, and I love them as such. Thank you for all you’ve done, Kindred! more

The Staff were Great! 6/5/2020

My experience has been pretty good throughout my stay at Kindred. I have no complaints. Everyone was nice and professional. I especially appreciated Eutoria who was always “On the spot” when I needed her. She brought me pain medicine before I even asked for it. She just generally kept me in her thoughts and took great care of me. Quinn was another who was always there for me as well. Thank you very much, Kindred! Your care is greatly appreciated! more

Kindred is wonderful! 6/5/2020

The staff have been really good at Kindred Hospital. The nurses have been wonderful. They took great care of my son. In particular, Nurse Tiffany went above and beyond time and time again. She’s a really sweet lady. She FaceTimed me with her own phone regularly so that we could see our son. She also regularly called us “Out of the Blue” just to say “Hi” and provide us with updates on our son’s condition. I really appreciate Alex’s constant efforts to keep us in touch with our son via FaceTime as well. Thank you for your impressive level of care, Kindred! I will certainly recommend your facility to those in need. more

They made me feel safe/at home 6/4/2020

When I first came to Kindred Hospital, I hated it. Coming to a new, unfamiliar facility, still isolated from my loved ones; it took me a bit to warm up to my new accommodations. However, after a day or so, things improved rapidly. The people are so nice. The service is great. At this point, I feel so safe and uncomfortable that I’d almost rather stay here than face the outside world during this treacherous time. I’d like to give special thanks to Dustin and Steve, who were two of my favorite nurses at the hospital. Faith was another awesome nurse I had the pleasure of dealing with. I also really appreciated Marisa and the wonderful personality she possesses. I’d like to thank Kindred Hospital and its staff for getting me through a tough time, and making me feel at home. I’d certainly recommend this great hospital to my friends and family. more

Everyone was really nice and good at what they do. I really like the staff at Kindred Hospital; especially Alex, who was excellent throughout. My son seemed to like the staff as well, for he was very comfortable throughout his stay. Thank you very much for all your help, Kindred! They were very Motivational 5/27/2020

The staff at Kindred Hospital are very attentive, obliging, responsive, and accommodating. They are quite motivational as well. My occupational/physical therapists were so motivational that I developed a desire to impress them and make them proud with every session. I also felt that several of my caregivers went above and beyond the call of duty on a daily basis. These awesome people include Sylvia, Marissa, Sharita, Marie, Quinn, Steve, Nick, Dustin, and Tylar. There were just so many “Kindred” spirts I had the pleasure of interacting with at the Kindred facility, and I am very grateful for all that they’ve done; especially since I am now going home due to their efforts, after months away from my loved ones. Thank you for all you’ve done, Kindred! I appreciate you all, and I highly recommend your care. more

I really appreciate everything Kindred Hospital has done for me and my husband. Especially Alex, for constantly making time for me to video chat my husband on a daily basis. We cannot express enough gratitude for his relentless efforts to keep us connected. Without these calls, I don’t believe my husband would have been able to stay calm and motivated throughout his stay. You guys are wonderful! I really appreciate everything you all have done for my husband. From the doctors to the nurses, to the cleaning staff, everyone was very professional, welcoming, and attentive. I really appreciate how much everyone kept me in the loop regarding my husband’s status as well. Thank you very much for your exemplary service! My Whole Experience was Great All-Around 5/20/2020

Everything’s been really cool. The nurses were good to me. Especially Eutoria, who was always prompt, answered my calls quickly, and brightened my day with her presence. The doctors were really good about listening to me when I had questions/problems. I really felt like they were looking out for me. I loved the housekeepers. We constantly talked and laughed whenever they came to clean my room. They get an A+ from me. My whole experience was great all-around. Than you, Kindred! more

The service is good at Kindred. The staff are organized and they treated me well. The facility is very clean. Quinn, the CNA, is especially attentive, and the most consistent in her care. Debra with Environmental Services is also very dilligent in her sanitation efforts. I am thankful to Kindred for their staff’s highly professional and courteous care. I highly recommend the facility. more

They constantly went out of their way 4/30/2020

I really appreciate the care that was given to my mother on a daily basis. The staff’s bed-side manner was excellent. I was constantly updated with regard to her medical status. I was regularly given the opportunity to see and talk to my mother via FaceTime. These services were quite appreciated given the current situation of lockdown. They constantly went out of their way to provide me with considerable peace of mind, and for that, I highly recommend Kindred Hospital! more

Kindred has become a second home 4/28/2020

I like it here at Kindred Hospital. They provide really good service. I really liked just about everyone that tended to my needs here at the hospital; especially Pete who was always very friendly and attentive. In turn, I became very comfortable at this facility. I honestly wish that I could stay here instead of transitioning back into a nursing facility. Yet, I know I must move on. I’d really like to give thanks to those who cared for me during my stay at Kindred Hospital! Furthermore, I’d like to give my highest recommendations to Kindred for anyone in dire need of medical support. more
