God is Good 1/27/2018

I entered Kindred hospital to tour because my son Jason would soon be a patient there. I met Nancy who gave me the tour. She was very nice and I felt like I already knew her. Everyone that I have met at Kindred Hospital (med ctr) have been helpful, compassionate and professional. The environment is like one big family all fighting for the welfare of your love one (home away from home). Stanley, Jejy, Bill, Ricky just to mention a few have been awesome. Romeo who has been taking care of Jason shows much love towards his patients and for his job. Kindred your the best. Thanks for making the transition easier. Betty & Jason more

DAYS SPENT AT KINDRED REHAB 1/25/2018

Caring and compassionate nursing staff with excellent knowledge with patient's medications. PT and OT are very patient with the progress of the patient to achieve the final goals. I want to thank Romeo, Gina, Ranette and the entire 5th floor staff who took care of me. During my entire hospital stay, I think Romeo is the best and very compassionate. The dietary department is not very flexible with the patient's food request. I strongly suggest to provide patients a higher grade personal / hygiene supplies. more

Great Pulmonary Rehab 1/18/2018

The overall care at Kindred was very good. Metrice from Pulmonary rehab had a great way of cheering me up. She had a great attitude. She taught me a new way to breath the proper way. She always has encouragement for me. Maria and Thomas from rehab are just fantastic. They were reassuring and encouraging. They helped me to get back up and walk. Jeremy from therapy was also very good. He was very patient. Theresa and Maria in nursing were also wonderful. Both of these nurses would even check on me after their shift. Excellent Physical Therapists 11/28/2017

My stay was close to two weeks and the overall care was 5 stars. The doctors were all very nice and I would also give them 5 stars as well. Respiratory was also very good. Lindsey and Jabari from PT were excellect. David Maga more

Wonderful Care 11/16/2017

My husband has been in Kindred for 3 months and we are so greatful for all of the wonderful care. All of the nurses have been so nice and caring. They were helpful with so much. I was able to stay here in the hospital with him and they were always very helpful with me. The physical therapy team that worked with my husband was Lyndsey and Jabari and they were just so amazing with him. They could always brighten up our day. Kristen Moore and Rosemary from respiratory therapy also were very helpful in his recovery. We are about to leave and we will miss all of these wonderful people who have been so kind and encouraging. THANK YOU for the great care! 10/23/2017

I have been here at Kindred for at least 7 months. All I can say, the care is phenomenal! I would like to thank the following staff for rendering good and quality care: my number / top of my list is Romeo, night nurse. He is knowledgeable, competent and compassionate! You can tell that he really love his profession which is nursing. Lea RN, Geraldine RN, Jasmine RN, Joel RN, Maria RN and nursing supervisor Charmaine RN. These group of nurses are phenomenal and very caring. You should assign these nurses on this floor. Respiratory therapists are Rosemary, Bill, Daniel and Duana. Rehab staff are Andrea and Bill. Thank you for your patience. I will never forget you guys. If I forget to mention your names that attended to me - THANK YOU! I owe my life to you guys. You have worked a lot for my recovery! Wholey crap! 10/22/2017

Wow I can't believe the experience I had here. I had a long recovery that was eased by the staff that made me feel like family, Romeo and Jejy made me feel like I was their grandpa and I will keep in touch with them! Those two treated me like I would imagine their family would. Eileen and Charmaine were very professional and weren't afraid to share all my progression...... Good and bad. The compassion Romeo and Jejy gave me will ensure I would recommend this facility to a friend! more

Phenomenal Care 10/18/2017

I've spent almost 3 weeks here and my experience has been phenomenal. This is a great group of people who really care about the patients. My CNA Vivian went above and beyond what was expected. Great Quality Care 10/13/2017

This the cleanest and most organized hospital I've been in. The housekeepers are excellent, they are so detailed. As a whole the nurses and CNA's are great. Tonya is really good. She is on the ball with everything. Laura RN and Romeo are awesome. They have been very attentive always checking to seen if things are fine. Andrea with PT and Mina with OT are just great. Wound Care was Top of The Line 10/4/2017

I received great wound care at this hospital. Dr. Maus was very nice. He explained everything very well to me as we went along. Kiki my wound care nurse went above and beyond any expectation. She always has a great attitude, I cant help but be happy when she comes in. There were 2 nurses aids who really stood out. George and Beverly were both excellent. They went out of the way to make sure I had all I needed. My therapy team Jeremy and April were a great help in my recovery, always very encouraging. Very Nice People 9/27/2017

In the 3 weeks I've been here I have gotten wonderful care. I will be going home soon and I'm happy about that but I'll miss the people here. They have been so nice to me. They seem like a second family because they take such good care of me. Dr. Vinh and his collegue are terrific. My therapist are great. They push me just enough to keep encouraged and moving forward. My Two Weeks at Kindred 9/26/2017

I recieved great care at Kindred. My nurses were very attentive and kind. I really appriciate all the time they spent with me. My doctors always answered any questions I had. They helped me when I had problems or concerns. My therapy team went above and beyond and have really been great not just for my physical strength but also my outlook onn things. 4 Months at Kindred 9/8/2017

The 4 months I have been at Kindred have been very good. The nurses have been very nice and caring toward me. They always explain whats going with my health whether its a new medicine or test to be done. The ladies from housekeeping are always friendly and they keep my room very clean. I have also liked my physical therapist Anu. She is always able to help me to do more than I think I can. She has been a big help. And Kristen from pulmonary rehab is so friendly and takes her time to help me with my breathing exercises. I don't know if I will have to come back here after my upcoming surgery but if I do I won't hesitant or afraid because I know I'm in good hands here. My Experience at Kindred was Very Positive 8/15/2017

It's almost time for me to leave Kindred. I've been here for a few weeks and they have taken great care of me. My doctor has been great, always on top of things. He has explained things to me and has put forth a very caring attitude. I am very thankful for him. The nurses have all been professional and caring. I had a CNA who I really thought always went above and beyond what was expected, Natasha is just wonderful. I also had physical therapy and I love my therapist Jeramy D and Shaniqua. They are able to make me smile and encourage me on my hard days. I will miss seeing them. I have had an overall good experience here. Z. Abney more

Great Hospital Great People 7/27/2017

ve been here for a month after my transplant. I really admire the staff they are highly trained and they have treated me very kind and professional. Maria and Thomas from PT were great. The CNA's Tonya and Petra also did agreat job. Tonya hit a home run as far as helping me in my recovery. Adrian the unit clerk always made me smile and was so helpful. Maria the RN was very nice and always helpful. And Greg the nurse practitioner answered all of my questions and has been so nice. I would recommend this hospital to anyone of my family or friends. Very Nice and Helpful Team 7/25/2017

The people have been very nice to me here for the last 3 weeks. My case manager Rachel has been very helpful and understanding. She has kept my wife informed with all that is going on. I appreciate her kindness so much. The doctors here have been very good to me and the nurses and nurses aids have been great. Rick and Josh from PT also were great during my stay. They have helped me a lot. My wound care nurses did a great job, she was always so nice. And Zach who brought my food trays was always very helpful. he always took his time to ask how I was doing, he was always kind and helpful. The food is good at this hospital too. Happy with Care 7/21/2017

This is the second time my wife has been in Kindred and we love the people here. Obviously no one wants to be in the hospital but the people who work here are so nice. It makes the stay so much easier to handle. The nurses take their time to do their job. They never hurry us and always explain whats going on. Dr. Roff and the wound care nurses are really good at what they do, the best I would say. We had a lot of people who were very special to us but I would like to say Emma, Robin, and Eartha are great. They show so much compassion with my wife it makes me feel comfortable and very confident in the care she is getting. Rob Brown more

My Wife had Great Care 7/12/2017

My wife is a patient here and all the nurses have been terrific. Debbie with Respiratory and Bridget te our CNA have been so extremely nice to us. Chin was also super nice to us. Compassionate 7/12/2017

All the doctors, nurses and cnas were kind and courteous. They helped me out with all my problems and explained where I could understand my diagnosis and what to expect. I felt like I was at a friend's house. I was treated with love and compassion. I would let everyone know I recommend Kindred Hospital. And the food is pretty good too. Rachel my case manager was extremely helpful though out my process. My nuerologist was straight forward with me. All of my nurses were so kind when I felt extremely terrible. Adrian Jones more

Attentive and Professional Care 7/7/2017

My husband is in this hospital and he has esofagus cancer. He's here for rehab. The care has been wonderful. They are very attentive and caring to my husband. I'm happy with their professionalism. Some of the nurses who were especially helpful and conciencous were Jasmine. Romeo is very caring and professional. Rose has been wonderful. Joel is so friendly and resouceful. Gary from PT is so skillful and caring and kind with my husband and his teammate Joel is great too. Daniel the night time sitter is great with my husband, very thourough in his work.
