Experience here was very good 4/4/2018

My experience here at Kindred Dallas Central was very good. All the nurses and nurse tech was awesome. There was one tech that stood out. She was on track and was very sincere with her patients. Well with me. I did not have to ask her to change my bed and she always made sure my cup was filled with water. She was always on track with my shower. She has good customer service. more

Rehab was awesome 4/3/2018

The Rehab was AWESOME! They were really great from getting Mom in her chair to walking. They had a great personality and encouraged her to participate. They are AMAZING at their job. more

So happy and grateful 4/3/2018

When my Mom first got here she wasn't eating . We had talked about a feeding tube for nutrition but the Director of Rehab came in everyday and was able to get her on a regular diet. I was so happy and grateful that we didn't have to put a feeding tube in. more

Entire staff. Outstanding care. 3/28/2018

Re: third floor entire staff. Outstanding care and service. Everyone seemed to have two assignments; (1) do a specialized element of care (2) do whatever needed to be done. Except for a glitch or two, I couldn't ask for more. I especially remember the very positive attitude of day shift staff who are assets to the hospital. Thank you, everyone. more

A family atmosphere 3/28/2018

Thank you for saving my life and helping me be able to return to my normal routines. I was able to finally return to work last week! most of the nurses were wonderful. The long term ICU unit was truly a family atmosphere and helped me feel safe in my home away from home. They tried and worked very hard to keep me comfortable and amused during my stay. I spent six weeks here. more

The whole staff did a wonderful job 3/26/2018

The whole staff did a wonderful job in caring for my sister. Their co-ordination and care as she passed was very encouraging. We were very helped as the nurse and nurse manager informed us of her condition and stayed on top of the situation. We thank you and appreciate your service. more

Everything listed was done perfect each and every time: Teamwork, Responsibility, pride, Professionalism, communication and compassion. Greatful blood lab did not draw blood for 4/7 days it allowed me to relax those days. more

Leaving today 3/19/2018

When my wife came here after surgery, she came for antibiotics and wound care. The nurses have been very good. EVS kept everything clean. The staff all addressed her respectfully. more

Our nurse is truly outstanding. She really listened to what my husband had to say about what he needed and acted upon his needs within prontocall. She has real knowledge of his wound care and shared this with me so I will be comfortable caring for him at home. March 7, 2018 more

Respiratory 3/9/2018

When I came to this hospital, I was in pretty bad shape. In the beginning, I was intimidated by my respiratory therapist. As I began to heal, I purposed to give them a second chance. I thank them for giving me a second chance. They have proven that they have knowledge and expertise I've needed. They know how to fix my by-pap mask and they are the BEST. more

The physical therapist first helped me transfer from bed to the chair. At first, I was fearful I would fall and she wouldn't be able to help me because of her small stature. I was wrong! She was wise and has taught me the safe way to transfer. She was encouraging and I now have full trust. more

You include the family 3/1/2018

Thank you for your kind attention to my brother while staying in the hospital. The care that Ellis gave to my brother was an outstanding. The knowledge that you have and the reassurance that you gave us about his health is incriduble. The attention you were giving is not only to the Pt., you include the family, which brought us great delight. Knowing my brother was in such good hands brought a sense of peace to our tire family. You saved my life 2/28/2018

When I came I didn't think I was going to live. Your ICU staff gave me hope and helped calm me through my fears. Thank you for everything. You listened to me when I was unable to talk, you answered my questions and kept me as comfortable as possible. Day one you made it important to get me out of bed. I had been in bed nearly a month. The rehab staff always had a smile and was friendly. more
