I would highly recommend this facility 5/31/2018

I have been a patient at Kindred on two occasions and I would highly recommend this facility. The nursing and all the different areas of care are exceptional and I would recommend. Comparing to other LTAC facilities its notches above. more

Very devoted 5/30/2018

Our family would like to honor nursing staff for taking excellent care for our mother. Our one nurse is very devoted to her job and shown great professionalism in taking proper care and pride in her field of nursing. She has been very compassionate with our mother and family. She has gone above and beyond for the level of care she provided for our mother. She shows great concern and has a positive attitude on dealing with situations due to our mothers health. more

Staff great 5/21/2018

Nurses & Respiratory all great with patient and our family. Nurse quick to jump into action early on his shift and frequently helped with so many issues throughout the night to make sure he was comfortable. Also, nurses very upbeat and helpful with everything needed. During a scary episode where he was struggling breathing, respiratory staff member was able to stabilize him and explain his concerns to the family. He then checked on him frequently throughout the night. more

Aide absolutely wonderful 5/10/2018

My aide is absolutely wonderful. She knows how to help me when I'm panicking. She's caring She treats you with respect. She truly does her best whenever I need her help. She always has smile and eager to help. She knows how to treat people with kindness and compassion. I'd rather have her at least when I come back from bathroom my bed has fresh pads and she makes me feel more comfortable. more

Terrific nurse 5/10/2018

My nurse is a terrific nurse with such a positive attitude always. She always makes me laugh and makes sure I have everything I need. She is such an inspiration to me that it helps take away some of the discomfort of being hospitalized. Kindred needs more of this quality nurse. more

EVS is really good at cleaning and are so nice. Out EVS staff is so nice, he makes peop,e happy when he's around. He's helpful when you ask for anything. My room was overlooked on the weekend. more

My CNA is the best. I look forward to seeing her she makes me less anxious when I take a shower. I look forward to her helping as I know I get the best care. Thank you for having her here at Kindred Central. She is a gem. more

Kindred Hospital Dallas Central has a great team of nurses. Our male nurse stands out the most with his compassion. Whatever I asked, he had a straight answer for me and what I needed he went and got it with no problem. His warm caring spirit makes me feel at home. He sets the standard. more

Wonderful Case Manager 5/7/2018

4th floor Case Manager is wonderful. He met with us and listened to hear what our goals were. He stepped through the process with us many times and always kept us informed on timelines and other details. This helped us feel like we were always well informed. more

Lung patient 4/25/2018

This is my second time being here. Rehab Wellness Center in Dallas sent me the first time where I had had minimal rehab and did my rehab on my own and had lost 18 pounds there. Once I got moved to Kindred Dallas Central I really had really great nurses that were there any time you called and would get upset if I did things I shouldn't. There's a very good rehab here at Kindred Dallas Central also. When I came in I could walk around 250 ft and then have to wait for my stats to come back up. After 20-25 days I was able to walk 600ft every time! They have very good rehab and nurses and doctors that come check on you everyday. I really recommend this hospital to anyone who is sick and needs it! more

Night nurses 4/17/2018

Night nurse is a funny compassionate man. I had everything I needed before I even asked. I appreciate PT so much, my tech always smiles and helps me before I ask. The P.T. Team is lucky to have this gentle and caring person. more

Nurse was helping in all things. She was prompt and gave me excellent care. Our receptionist is fantastic! She greets everyone cheerfully whether it's a patient or stranger. She delivers message fast and efficient. Housekeeping staff has a bountiful smile that, she gives everyone. I've never seen her anything but happy. She does her work cheerfully saying hi to everyone, which makes us feel special. more

Exceptional nurse 4/16/2018

Acknowleging several staff: Marie exceptional. She had a cheerful and compassionate nature about her. My needs were met promptly. It was a comfort to have a nurse that truly cared. And Kim was my nurse and she always had a pleasant disposition that would get me in a good mood. When I needed something, she went out of her way to get it. Her smile would light up a room. Her compassion was deeply appreciated. more
