Why Kindred? Let’s start with admissions the process was quick, and Kindred did all the work, all I had to do was provide Kindred the information it needed to complete the process. Then there’s a patient advocate, Gaby. With Gaby patient advocacy It’s not a title or job. It’s a commitment. During times when I felt my family member wasn’t getting the proper care, or the staff was not attentive to her needs, Gaby, and or the HOUSE SUPERVISOR would immediately address my concerns. Nonetheless, even with the few concerns that surfaced, Kindred has a great team A doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, nurse techs, respiratory therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, and even the housekeeping crew. I often try not to use names when expressing staff, recognition, however, I feel compelled to point out a few staff members. They not only showed a genuine concern for my family members health, but also made me feel welcomed, and the things that would work out for the best. I will start with Destiney, who made me feel welcomed each time I signed in the lobby. This write up would be very lengthy. If I should how each staff member attributed to making my family feel at ease. Therefore, I will just list the names and there role.
