Happy 11/5/2018

Really, really happy. If I stated something that I needed , I was treated with utmost respect. I am going to miss this place for the over and above care provided. They have been personable - it feels good - and I was treated very well. They are all educated well on good health for each and every patient and treated me righteously. Praying 10/25/2018

I did not like it. To be honest, this hospital sucks. It was more like a nursing home. I am praying and hoping it gets better. - there are a lot of people in their hands. They never changed me on time. They were rude- the look on their faces. Pedro S. more

Swell 10/23/2018

Sometimes the techs or RNs who are cleaning you up are a little rough - not uncaring, but a little jerky or something. The food is flavorless. Some of the people here are just swell. They treat you like you are a person; ask you about your family. It was‘t a bad time here. Marilyn H. more

Sheila was very helpful with me - she spent extra time with me to make sure I got what I needed. Loretta, my case worker - she was very nice and made sure I had my appointments in order to get my treatment outside like my doctor’s appointments and my in-house health care and my clinic. Impressed 10/18/2018

There were two techs - Benita and Connie - who were really good. We were very impressed by young Daniel,RT, who made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Christy, the speech therapist, explained why and how everything can happen. There are some RNs that are very good at their time management and some that are not. Overall we think everybody even the office staff were very helpful. Pearl in the kitchen would always be there to answer our questions. Lolita M. more

Lee, Allison, Holly, most of the techs; the RTs are good, but you don’t have a need to call them very often. Eddie is real good; Casey, Luda. I am sure there are others I would like to point out that are exceptional with friendliness and the care they provide. Kenneth W. more

Overall I would give a rating of 75% for the nurses and doctors who really care. Physical therapy was to good to me and I would recommend it. The dietician and the cafeteria provided good care for my well-being along with staff. Carlos S. more

Overall it was a decent stay. There were very kind nurses and a couple with no bedside manner at all. Doctors and physical.therapists were awesome just some nurses she not enter their profession if they will be judging a patient or if compassion is not what they have to give while on the clock. more

Overwhelming 9/27/2018

Never going through this situation, I was treated with kid gloves. Everything I asked for was given to me and if I couldn’t have it, it was explained as why I couldn’t have it. Everybody that came to me was very knowledgeable. I’ve never experienced the loving care from strangers before. It was overwhelming. They will always be in my heart and prayers. Larry C. more
