I usually go to this place once to twice a week for a quick dinner. The food comes out fast, and it is never busy there. The prices are very affordable. And they don't let you walk away hungry. Almost every time I have gotten the PHO. The broth they use is so delicious, and the recipe is very simple. Fresh, minimal amount of ingredients allow you to savor each flavor. Be careful, a small bowl of anything is a lot bigger than one would think. A small bowl is a filling meal. A large bowl of pho, can feed two. If you have ever had Vietnamese food or willing to try something new, I highly recommend trying Kims. They have a large menu to all suit all tastes. As for their service, it's always gonna be different. They always forget to bring something out, horrible at refilling your water, and you have to trip the entrance alarm to get them to come out to pay your bill sometimes. This would in fact deter most people, however one would find it comical and so much worth it just for a bite of what they have to offer. I highly recommend this place.
Pros: Food is delicous, cheap, and you don't have to wait long for your food.
Cons: Hole in the wall.
