Fantastic service, quick, and quality work! 3/5/2012

This is hands down, the best alteration shop in this area. I have had several items altered here, including my wedding dress and a few bridesmaid dresses, along with normal dresses. They have always done the highest quality of work, have worked very quickly, and have always been so friendly, as well as being cost effective! more

Alterations Specialist 2/2/2011

I have to disagree with the previous review. I have been using Kim's Alterations for two years now- primarily for formal dresses and tops. I have never been disappointed. I have a large bust and petite build so it's imperative that I use an alterations specialist. She has always greeted with a smile and fulfilled any expectations I've had. I don't usually write reviews but needed to find her number online and I ran across this one star review. I think it's awful that her business is being portrayed as ""sub-par"". more

Sub-par Work, Worse Customer Service 6/26/2009

We have tried to give this place a shot as it is the most convenient alterations spot to us, but they have continuously performed sub-par work. The last straw was failure to follow directions on an expensive pair of jeans. When I asked for a refund b/c I didn't get the service I requested, I was threatened and yelled at in two different languages. I have filed a claim with visa and hope to get my money back. Save your clothing and drive further! Pros: Location Cons: They'll ruin your clothes more
