horrible customer service called to make a simple inquiry, and the idiot that answered the phone was incompetent more

Kimberly's Towing is the answer to my towing prayers! For months I have been dealing with careless motorists who block my private driveway making it a nightmare for myself and my husband to get out to work sometimes! I attempted to get in touch with many towing companies since the city will not tow the vehicle for you. No one wanted to tow cars blocking private driveways until I spoke w/ the folks at Kimberly's towing. They were helpful, informative and responsive. They quickly dispatched a tow truck to remove the vehicle. I am so glad I went with Kimberly's! more

HORRIBLE company. BAD employees, BAD and SLOW service. It took this company almost 2 months to fix my car, where as a normal company would take about a month. Yes, they are quick when towing your car from a bad collision, but that's all they're good for. The employees there are liars, and are very grumpy. They told me one morning to pick up the car, and knowing I live far, the drive would be long. When I got there, I had to wait another three hours because it wasn't ""finished"" yet, and they didn't even tell me beforehand that it wasn't finished yet, and should come back later. They seem friendly at first, but they're very sketchy individuals that you cannot trust. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pros: They come quickly after a collision? Cons: Sketchy people, VERY SLOW service more

i been trying to find a tow company that was knowledgeable and kimberly's towing was just that. i have many cars park in my driveway all day long and at least 3 times a week. i call the police and they never come. i called about 20 tow companies and they never seem to be any help. i called Tommy (tow truck driver) to see if they are able to do anything. he explained to me that the police is not able to do anything regardless if they come because it was private parking. Nice to know that someone knows what the laws are. 20 tow companies and the local precinct didnt even know this. Tommy came within 15 mins and was VERY helpful. I recommend this company to everyone and anyone. Thank you to Kimberly towing and tommy... now i can feel at ease knowing someone can help. Pros: great service and fast service more
