Totally Overpriced, Terrible Service, Wished I Never Stepped Foot In Kieu Hanh Jewelry 3/7/2009

Terrible. Rude, arrogant, utterly horrendous service. Completely overpriced. Buying an engagement ring should be a pleasant experience. Kieu Hanh Jewelry made this a horrible experience that soured then entire process. Save yourself time, aggravation, and fustration, let alone the money and spoiling the entire experience. more

What a rude service here!! 6/17/2007

I don't think anywhere else would use that tone of voice with customers !! I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with this place. SInce my friend suggested and used to go there for jewelry, but I don't know if my friend was right about Kieu Hanh Jewelry place. Pros: (it seems the same with other jewelry shop around there) Cons: BAD SERVICE and attitude more
