I went to this location for the first time after having come from the spring location. I must say the store is wayyyy better than the spring location. The clothes selection is much better. I tried to sell clothes at this location and everyone was nice even Laura which the reviews I've read said different. Laura was nice and helped me out. I would recommend this store to shop. more

I first shopped the Woodlands Kid to Kid location back in 2008 and was quickly turned off by their staff. The manager, Laura, is so rude and unprofessional she makes you feel awful by the way she talks to you and other customers. Not helpful at all when you try to ask a legit question about one of the products on the floor, non of the staff seems to have any knowledge on baby gear. I tried giving it a second chance two years later since I love their selection on bows and Melissa & Doug puzzles and was amazed that Laura was still working there! I tried to make my shopping fast but non of the employees would help me reach a toy I was interested in so I left quickly. Needless to say now I shop at The Galleria store, not much more helpful than the woodlands store but at least they don't have a rude, unprofessional and nasty manager like Laura. I prefer driving an hour to the Galleria location to avoid having to deal with the so call manager! Avoid the Woodlands location at all cost! more

Made an appt. to sale items at 10:00 a.m. left store at almost 12:00 p.m. My issue is mostly w/ the trash manager or whomever she is that was the ""buyer"". Unprofessional fake attitude to go along with the fake hair and nails. Unprofessional attitude towards staff in-front of customers. I will NOT be going back there, I felt like I was being treated like garbage and my items weren't good enough, although they bought almost all of them! I'm not sure who that lady was, but I hope I never see her rotten face again. more

Kid to Kid in the back of The Woodlands is downright awful. The manager and staff are so rude and disrespectful. Don't even waste your time shopping there. Go spend the few extra dollars and buy NEW. Their prices are bad and you are pretty much paying a dollar less than retail. Do not give this woman any of your business, because believe me, she acts like she couldn't care less if she gets it. more

Shopped at The Woodlands store for the first and last time. They have a good selection of clothes with ok prices but the other baby products are way over priced. You can buy them at Target new and cheaper. One the employees reprimand my 18 month old baby like she was a 5 year old and instructed her not to play with toys she could break them. The arrogant woman in charge Cruella De Vil (Laura) was at the counter in a argument with a nurse about car seat safet. WOW great way to provide customer servic!! All I can say is save your time and shop some where ELSE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!! more

I was there with my mother and my kids, i was shoping on and walking all around the store for about 1 hour or so because i was looking at everything they have toys clothes shoes and much more. when i notice that one of the employees was following me all over the store i try to make several moves just to catch her and see if she was following me and guess what? SHE WAS! then i get mad and when ahead to pay this was my second visit to this store, when i get to the register i was her why she did that, she told me that many people has been taking things and the owner (SHORT HAIR LATINA LADY) has told her to follow me and keep an eye on me, i was very mad and desappointed, plus i ending up just buying few thing becuase everything there is overpriced?! shoes are about the same price as you can find them in the mall and the clothes same thing some baby jeans can be from9.99 up to 15.99 , tee shirts are always about 4.99 and for this prices you can find better deals at the mall. so please if you go there make sure she is not following you this was very unprofessional from them, i wont go back never ever. good luck Pros: lots of stuff! same prices as new in the mall, don't waste your time! Cons: they follow you every where int eh store to make sure you don't take things. more
