My son has been at Kid Heaven, since he was 2 months old (he is now nearly three). When looking for child care providers my husband and I went searching for an in home provider that provided a warm atmosphere that was much like our home. The Taylor's offer just that, a flexible schedule for your child, a generous knowledge base of all things kids (because you always need more advice especially with your first child), an email or phone call update when your little on is having a rough day...these are just a few of the amazing things that Kid Heaven has offered my family.
I have also witnessed above and beyond the call of duty in many occasions. I have seen a child with developmental problems spring to life in their care (at two and a half she wasn't walking, and within two months, she was up and around keeping up with the other kiddos around her). I have seen and heard of many military families that are in need of extra help and at odd hours and the Taylor's have been there to help, time and time again.
Oh, and did I mention that it is affordable. More than affordable. And when times are tough, they are always there to work with you. They provide care from birth through school age, providing rides to and from the local schools, help with home work, and of course lots of fun times in and outside the house, field trips to the local Bouncy House facility and to the park.
Please know that this is the truth and would confirm anything via a reference check at any time.
Dear Seattlefun,
I don't know who you are or what you have against Kid Heaven, but your unsubstantiated claims are unwarranted and down right incorrect. Not a single child at Kid Heaven is overweight, the kids are all fit and active in sports (including the Taylor's). My son has been catered to time and time again, even if that means that another provider needs to be called in for back up, therefore he has been given the naps, snacks and attention he needs when he needs it?just like home.
This post feels like a falling out between friends that was broadcast on a public forum, because you always had the right to remove your child from their care when naps and dinners weren't going your way.
To anyone reading this, please know, that their review is skewed and not a true reflection of the care provided here.
