I was actually going to go to Lagers that day because I had done some online shopping with both the KIA dealership and Lagers. I found what I thought were better deals at Lagers but then I decided oh heck, I will just drive through the KIA lot and check out what they have and then go to Lagers. Sure there were a few impressive cars but if it weren't for this salesman which I thought was annoying at the time chasing me around the parking lot, I totally wouldn't have stopped. He managed to get my attention enough to get me inside the dealership and the rest was history. Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying my new KIA Soul but had it not been for Cameron's wonderful personality, I'm not sure the outcome would have been what it was. Thanks for hiring such a nice person and NO I don't know this kid or have I ever seen him before in case you are wondering that. more

They got my truck in for the oil change right away 11/10/2013

The Service Desk Assistant was very helpful and friendly, he seemed to be the only friendly person I saw as I waited for my truck. I did like the waiting room as they had some very nice beverages, and a big screen TV. I think they used my truck radio while doing my oil change, as they have in the past. Maybe they need a SHOP radio instead of using their customers!! And WHERE are the NEW Borrego's ??!! They are the BEST! more

they made me feel like i was lucky to buy from them 11/8/2013

My day started off by being handed of to a different salesmen when my original sales men wasn't happy with what i was going to spend. The next sales man was friendly but he made some mistakes when he was promising when my payments would have to be made. This salesmen even went as far as to say that if the bank wouldn't delay the first payment that kia would make it for me, I later found this out to be false. Next they cashed a check of mine 28 days early throwing my bank account into some real turmoil. They did fix this error but it required a lot of extra work on my part. Third, the remote start they sold us with didn't work. They are going to give us another one but once again another trip back in and more time taken out of my day. Then last might just be might my standard but when i bought a truck from toyota a few years back they had the truck washed and spotless with a full tank of gas when i drove it off the lot. Kia looked like they had run a vacuum on the inside but there was dirt in the seams the outside hadn't been washed. It just looked like they were not putting in the extra effort. I walked away with a bad feeling on the experance. more

trunk leak repair 11/7/2013

Very disappointed that where the trunk leaked was never even vaccumed out to check and see if the new seal fixed or not. Right now the gravel is to wet to see if dusty still leaks but it won't be forever. Also dust was mixed with water or something and splashed in the trunk-never cleaned up. Trunk mat which I receivevd was just laid in trunk on top of a couple napkins that were in there. You couldn't clean it before the mat was laid down? Especially since their is dust in the trunk because it leaked. Very disappointed and will be interesting to see if it is even fixed. The whole Mankato KIA has been a bad experience. more
