Ok 2/10/2014

Register online for oil change and I got charged full price, when I told them In the email about the discounted oil change and also wanted the complementary car wash. Pick up the car and it hadn't been washed and got charged full price. Maybe it was just a miscommunication more

I really can't complain about any part of the time I spent at the KIA dealer. My car was done altho it was slightly longer as they had gotten behind but that was explained in the beginning. more

We had a pretty smooth transaction when we bought two cars there. It took awhile (six hours longer than any other prior vehicle transaction) but the sales people and finance people were very patient! more

My wife and I came in the doors and about an hour later we had our new sorento. It was so easy and the salesman was soo nice and understanding. Cannot wait to go back and get my next car there. more

Service on Saturdays 1/27/2014

Love that you are open on Saturdays for survive. I am from out of town so it is nice to schedule maintenance on Saturday and not worry about arranging time off from work. I set my appointment up online and a service guy called me back and I swear he asked me if I could switch my time from 3 to 3:30. Anyway when I got there it was actually supposed to be 2:30 since service closes at 4. Since I was there for an oil change they still fit me in. I was very great full. Plus you can't beat the price of $19.95! more

Just leased a Optima Ex, Matt Pittlekow and Steve Anderson......Awesome!! Could not have made the entire process more simple. I showed up at the dealership and all the busy paperwork was already completed. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Matt and Steve.....thank you much, the car is awesome!! more
