Their service was prompt and their tandoor chicken was delicious! My only complaint is that you can't order just legs and thighs with the chicken but their chicken is still moist and flavorful so I'll let it slide. more

Just plain BAD! 8/25/2008

I cannot believe this place was recommended in any magazine or book! We went for lunch and waited 45 minutes for our entrees! The food was bland and lacked any spice or flavor and the samsoas were terrible. The service was terrible and there was something floating in my water. Will never return to the again and would not recommend it for anyone. more

Been ordering from this place for going on six years now. The breads are amazing. You should order one of each and try them all. Grubhub just makes it easier to get my favorite meals (namely, Chicken Murhkani and Frontier Chicken). more

Run away!!!!!! 7/10/2007

I just went to their new location downtown next to the Hyatt. Being an Indian myself I was craving a good curry whilst I was visiting Chicago. I just cannot understand how they got a Zagat rating! The food was terrible. They got my order wrong 3 times! and weren't too worried about it. Pros: Next to Hyatt Cons: food is bad more

Terrific Spices 6/9/2007

Khyber Pass my favorite Indian restaurant in Chicago, and the only Zagat rated one I am aware of. In my experience, the staff warms up if you visit there often - they are extremely proper and polite people, who are tremendously considerate. I think the maitre d' looks like Sinbad The Sailor?s older brother, don't you? Sinbad is a swarthy and handsome man. Pros: Lots and lots of great food, and quick service. Cons: I smell like curry when I leave. more
